Porthleven Food Festival – A Harbour Full of Food, Drink & Music

This weekend Porthleven hosts its 11th annual Food Festival. The event brings around 40,000 people together over three days around the picturesque harbour port of Porthleven in Cornwall. There are hundreds of top-quality food stalls, including a food market, street food and plenty of Cornish brands.

The festival has got bigger and better every year and this year there is a live music stage, chef’s theatre, family field, literary & acoustic tent.

There’s also music day and night and family entertainment including circus shows and workshops, crafts, rides and parades.

If you are anywhere near the SouthWest this weekend I can thoroughly recommend this festival - we all had a brilliant time there and would love to go back. Make sure you wear your stretchy trousers though - the food is amazing!!

We ate in Kota Kai Kitchen Bar which was fantastic - harbour views, a dedicated children’s room full of toys, books and games, table football and delicious fish and chips!

On a side note we managed to get 4 retro action men for the boys from the RNLI stall - useless information I know but it made the kids (and Gavin’s day).

Not a sponsored post in any way, just a genuine recommendation.
